Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EZCA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

EZCA provides performance marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by EZCA remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

Performance and Results

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Marketing performance depends on many factors, some of which are outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

EZCA's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
